Home brewers--help us educate our customers about the wide world of craft beer and submit your original beer recipe to the Empyrean Beer Quest contest. The contest is held in two stages. During the first stage, 21 homebrewers are selected to participate in the semi-finals where our Head Brewer, Rich Chapin, and certified judges narrow the 21 samples down to ten finalists. These ten finalists will feature their beer during the Beer Quest event (a pre-sold event, open to the public) where the final judging takes place. The winner will be selected by the public and will be announced at the conclusion of Beer Quest. Beer Quest is held four times a year at Lazlo's Brewery & Grill in the Haymarket.
If you are an all-grain home brewer living in Nebraska and
are interested in entering our next Beer Quest contest, express your interest by dropping us an email. We'll include you on our brewers mailing list which ensures you will receive notice when we post entrance forms for the next contest. We accept only 21 entries to each event on a first come, first serve basis.
