BREWERY TOUR at Empyrean Brewing Co.

Our free monthly tour falls on the first, non-holiday Monday of every month (except December), and starts at 7pm.  Our tours are done in two parts and are different each month.  Head brewer Rich Chapin will enlighten you on the many different aspects of crafting beer while our beer guru offers up 5 samples of craft beer from around the world.  Train your brain, train you palate, have fun! Only the first 150 people make it in!  Show up early for a cask beer at Lazlo's Brewery & Grill in the Haymarket!

CASK NIGHT at Lazlo's Haymarket

In conjunction with our Brewery Tour on the first non-holiday Monday of the month, we offer Cask Night from 4:00 pm till close.  It’s just what the doctor ordered; a perfect pint of ale while sitting in your favorite bar stool, surrounded by genius. Lazlo's Brewery & Grill in the Haymarket is serving The Perfect Pint: cask-conditioned ales, specially brewed, fermented and delicately delivered for an unrivaled pint of flavors and aromas. Lose yourself in the experience or share it with other like-minded geniuses in the Lazlo's bar.


EMPYREAN TRAIL 5K RUN

Presenting the first annual Empyrean Trail 5K Run on Saturday, Feb 18, 2012 at Carol Joy Holling Camp (27416 Ranch Rd, Ashland, NE). All proceeds go towards youth scholarships to summer camp at Carol Joy Holling.

Run begins at 11:00 am with check in opening at 9:00 am. All participants will receive a knit hat, lunch (catered by FireWorks and Lazlo’s) and TWO beers from Empyrean Brewing Co. Prizes for first finishers in age group and raffles throughout the day. The course is a scenic nature trail that winds through camp property, complete with hills and creeks.

EMPYREAN BEER QUEST at Lazlo's Haymarket

You’re the judge in Empyrean Brewing Company’s quest for the best home brewer’s recipe! An intimate and interactive Sunday afternoon spent enjoying great food, tasting the very best beers that area home brewers have to offer, then voting for your favorite. The winning “Peoples Choice” recipe will be used to create an upcoming Empyrean seasonal special. Advance ticket purchase required.
